продолжаем. ответ от BD не заставил себя долго ждать, привожу текст их ответа на мой запрос + чуть ниже сам запрос + еще ниже мой ответ на их ответ (написал только что). звиняйте за мой инглиш (не стреляйте в пианиста, он играет как умеет)

authorization process (there was an error, I didn't remember it's detailed text).
Then I looked at my bank account, and I found that my orders' value was reserved
and not available. Bank support specialist said it is normal and it means that the
order was placed correctly and after a while this summ of money will be
transferred to your store. But still, there's no order on my BD-account. I worry
about that situation.
Please clarify this for me: if it is ok or not. Hope for your understanding.

thank you for promt reply.
The card number is 4601********3196 // скрыто из соображений безопасности
The order amount is $863.29
An exact date is 14/03/2016, time is about 11:50-11.55 GMT.
As I see in my bank account details there was one succsessfull payment and one unsuccsessfull. At first try after entering the cards type, number and CCV2-code and pressing a "Continue" button the system was 'thinking' for a while and went further to the next step (I don't remember exactly but I think it was payment confirmation), and after my confirmation the system redirected me 2 steps back - to the payment method (entering credit card type, number etc.). As I don't receive messages from my bank, I didn't know if the previous operation was succsessful or not, so I thought it was unsuccsessful (system failure or something) and entered cards details again and proceeded, but I got an error. After these two tries I went to my bank account to see details. I found 2 operations - one susscessfull payment $863.29 (this value was reserved and I guess it is waiting for your request), and few minutes later - one unsuccsessful payment on the same amount (reason - not enough money to make a payment).
I also see now that my shopping basket is empty now, althow yesterday after unsuccsessfull ordering there were all those goods.
By the way I have an xls-file with all the goods I ordered. It is attached to this letter. Please pay attention that my order currency was American Dollar, and I guess today the goods prices in this currency on BD-store could differ from yesterday.
Hope for resolving this problem.
